1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Time Frame: You may return items within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items
    • Items marked as final sale
2. Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@brownskeen.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Authorization:

  • Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Pack and Ship Your Return:

  • Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and free gifts. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds

1. Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

2. Refund Amount:

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items, excluding original shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will also refund the original shipping costs.
4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest service and availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Prepaid Return Label: For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
7. International Returns
